Episode 129
Tick...Tick...BOOM
Jumping off of last week's conversation, Jenn takes us on a deep dive through triggers. Of course events and holidays are one thing but what if you always eat a snack at 3pm or can't go to the movies without thinking about movie theater popcorn? It's ALL HERE. And maybe your solution to foods that trigger you is to simply not have them in your home. That can work, sure, but Jenn advises we eventually want to move past that. Better yet, she helps us with HOW to do it. Then it's all about emotional triggers and what we can do to make it easier on ourselves. This might be an episode you listen to in parts and then again a couple times. There's SO much here!
